Q: Do you do custom orders?

      A: Yes, prices very based on request. Email us at sales@wilkesfamilyhalloween.com for custom orders.

Q: Can I wear your masks to play hockey or contact sports?

      A:  No. Our masks are for display or cosplay purposes only.

Q: Will my mask look exactly like the listing photo?

       A: Each order is made and painted by hand, so you can expect some slight variations in color and detail.

Q: When will I receive my ordered once placed?

       A: All in stock orders will ship within 1-3 days. Currently, orders are shipping next day. Custom orders are subject to additional processing time.
